英语教师岗位说明

（一）教学

1、执行入学测评或定期测评，评定学生英文水平；找到知识盲点、薄弱点、评分及提出学习建议；

2、为学员建立合理化学习目标，帮助其制定“学习计划”，记录、统计、监管学习计划落实；

3、授课；

4、跟踪学员学习情况，及时向校方反馈结果；

5、学员日常管理（包括：出勤、作业、纪律），适时给学生奖励或处罚；管理学生离校，填写出勤记录；

（二）教学研讨

1、参与常规教研会议，讨论英语知识点、语法、语音、句型、词汇等内容；提出教学建议或教学改进解决方案；

2、建立自我的教学风格；

3、参与其他会议或讨论；

（三）其他

1、公开课或家长会；

2、参与临时市场活动；

3、外教接待和沟通；

Job Description of English Teachers

(1) Teaching

1. Implement entrance assessment or regular assessment to determine students Engoficiency to find knowledge blind spots and weak points. Provide scores and then put forward learning suggestions

2. Establish reasonable learning objectives for students and help them to formulate "learning plans". Record, assess, and supervise the implementation of learning plans

3. Teaching

4. Follow up on the students learning situation. Provide feedback and results to the school on time

5. Daily management of students (including attendance, homework, and discipline), timely reward or punishment for students, management of students leaving school, and filling in student attendance records

(2) Teaching seminars

1. Participate in regular teaching and research meetings, discuss English knowledge points, grammar, pronunciation, sentence patterns, vocabulary, and other contents, and put forward teaching suggestions or teaching improvement solutions
